Managing Partner

Helps clients to accelerate on their journey to become a digitally driven and agile enterprise.

With more than 20 years of digital technology consulting experience, Markus understands that a quality first attitude is what truly matters to reap lasting value in any phase of the customer engagement life cycle – from strategy and planning, to design and implementation, to maintenance and support.

He is passionate about driving technology enabled transformation initiatives across all major enterprise processes. With his longstanding service delivery background, he can shift easily from strategic and focused assessment projects to large and complex digital implementation programs.

Prior to joining Accelance Partners LLC, Markus held sector leadership roles at Capgemini NA across the discrete and process manufacturing industries.

Markus has worked and travelled globally, and speaks English, German and Spanish.

Himanshu Goil is an astute entrepreneur who co-founded the forward-thinking company Ignatiuz and launched innovative ventures like ScoutFoto, MyLink, and WebTalkx. Bringing over 18 years of experience in tailored technology solutions and SaaS development expertise, he has partnered with organizations of various sizes across numerous sectors to deliver groundbreaking solutions, from unique app development to leading extensive IT infrastructure overhauls.

A perpetual learner, Himanshu dedicates time to uncovering the latest technological innovations and business developments. Working alongside a diverse team of designers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and engineers, he caters to large and strategic clients globally, aiming to create value and foster connections through digital products and experiences, with an emphasis on process optimization and automation.

Ed Funaro Recently joined Accelance as Chief Revenue Officer

Ed serves as a Strategic Advisor/Board Member for Paradigm Technology, and Acuity SDS.

Prior to joining Accelance Ed worked for Innodata as Vice President, Practice Leader for their Applied AI Practice and was President and Board Member of Tquila Automation a Robotic Process Automation Start-up, growing the company to $21M before being sold, and Managing Partner at Revenue Architects (RA), helping clients achieve their growth goals. Ed brings an exceptionally strong set of credentials, and relationships to Accelance having spent the last 35 years working with global clients to formulate business, information, and technology strategies, implementing large complex business-critical systems across multiple industries with a significant focus on Professional Services, Manufacturing, Financial Services and Consumer package goods clients.

Prior to joining RA, Ed was President of Computer Enterprises Inc (CEI). a $140M boutique Management Consulting firm where he grew sales 38% and Net Income to 15% in less than 2 years. He joined CEI from Accenture where he was a Principal Director (Partner) leading North America’s $1.2B Cloud First Practice, having been acquired as Cloud Sherpa’s (CS) where he served as Chief Revenue Officer growing the firm from a start-up to $175M and selling to Accenture for $410M.

Prior to Accenture Ed was a Managing Principal at Capgemini Consulting’s Manufacturing, Life Sciences (MLS) practice where he helped lead the Go to Market team for North America. Developing and implementing complex, leading edge business solutions for North American clients. A position he has held since 2006.

Prior to joining Capgemini Consulting, Ed was a Partner at both CSC Consulting, and Anderson Consulting (Accenture) working in the Products Industry Practice where he led many client engagements focused on Profit Improvement, Sales and Marketing operations and manufacturing optimization. In addition, he is a specialist in, Customer Relationship Management, and has authored several thought leadership articles on Client Management.

Ed completed his undergraduate work at Connecticut College and performed his graduate studies at MIT’s Sloan School of Management

He currently resides in Guilford CT and Naples FL with Michelle his wife of 40 years and has three adult children.

Sonal has over 15 years of multi-functional business experience including end to end HR functions. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has received certification from prestigious institutions such as IIM Rohtak, the University of Pennsylvania, and ISB Hyderabad.

Sonal manages our full employee lifecycle from recruitment to career development and employee satisfaction. Sonal is ultimately responsible for having the right resource available at the right time enabling Accelance to exceed our client’s expectations whether it is an outsource program or project role. Andreas Graesser


Empowers Digital Business Transformation utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Andreas served more than 21 years at SAP America as Senior Executive and member of the Global Leadership Team, where he managed hundreds of highly complex transformational customer programs in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Since 2017, he specializes in Digital Business Transformation services across many industries. Working with his clients to invent and implement usage scenarios for AI and ML, Andreas helps to create the digital visions needed and the tactics executed.

Recently, Andreas published two books. “The Transformers – Simplification Strategies for the Digital Enterprise” (innovad, 2020), and “Run IT – Dominating Information Technology” (Springer, 2019).

Andreas motto: Never stop learning. He lives with his wife Gudrun in Wayne, PA, with their three adult children nearby.

With a specific focus on IT security, optimization, and continuous improvement, Doug builds durable, high-value solutions to clients most difficult challenges.

As both a technology leader and practitioner, Doug holds several technical certifications and is a member of industry-defining professional associations and standards bodies.

Hugh Burke

Hugh Burke


Hugh has over 30 years of experience in the auditing profession for companies ranging from start-ups to market leaders, with extensive compliance management experience in the areas of PCI, HIPAA, ISO, SOC, HITRUST and NIST. He leads projects for compliance assessment and remediation, internal IT and operations audits, and internal audit consulting.

Hugh has a strong track record of managing global operational and IT audit groups, contributing to the successful start-up of internal audit functions, and implementing new methodologies to improve audit effectiveness and efficiencies.
