Job Description:

• Any prior experience with SLA engagement will be preferable.
• Can manager issue resolution which may include log analysis or any deep dive investigation.
• Should be able to monitor the platform status and operational activities.
• Hands on experience with MuleSoft is a must.
• Collecting consumer feedback and making sure the feedback is used for further improvements.
• Should be able to manage CI/CD tools with MuleSoft and access for any respective API needed.
• Years of experience: 6+ Years’ experience.
• Should have any MuleSoft certification
• Good communication and analytical skills
