We are digital transformation and intelligent workplace consulting company with offices in the US (Exton, PA) and India (Indore & Pune). We are looking for a Business Analyst and PMO Manager to join our team and support our clients in achieving their strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience as a consultant and analyst, supporting digital transformation, application development and process automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, processes, and requirements
• Conduct process assessments and analysis to identify business opportunities and challenges
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change management
• Establish and maintain project governance, risk management, and quality assurance processes
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks
• Provide support to the sales team in identifying new business opportunities
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a junior consultant at a digital consulting firm
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project governance, risk management, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and collaboration software
